Units clean, easy trailer parking area. Good service from the crew at this location

Have to pay for a new lock each time you use a unit. So if I come back get a different unit and have the lock from the last one, must pay the fee and get a new lock.

During a frightening and risky situation, Lock It Up Self Storage (in Ogden, on Wall Avenue) agreed to rent a storage unit to me. The rented unit proved crucial in my fight to retain my identity. It also briefly preserved items that will likely prove to have historical significance. Thank you, staff of Lock It Up Self Storage, for reducing the impact of hard learned lessons so I could survive said lessons.

I have been in a very different situation. I rented a unit because I was relocating and it was very close to my new residence. Literally 2 minutes away. I needed help and was in a panic because the person I moved down to Utah to be with and I didn’t work out. I had a flight booked with 4 hours to get to the airport. The amazing staff helped me be able to also rent a spot for my car to be stored immediately and I don’t know if they are aware I would have had to leave my vehicle in an unsafe unsecured area with people I could not trust and didn’t know so that I could return to my home and family in Washington. At that moment they were kind caring understanding and a godsend to my situation and I was on the verge of tears and in tears during the whole thing. I have no words to express how much stress and panic they took away by being so wonderful. I am so very grateful for the support and understanding and help I have received renting a outside spot and a unit for my belongings. 4 states away from anyone I knew. And they saved me from having to miss my flight and being able to get home with my family and friends and my children. And it is a very safe secure facility with amazing people there to go above and beyond to help. I would recommend only using this company for the safe keeping and storage of basically my life and all my belongings. I've been renting for about 6 months now. The place is so clean and I feel safe when I need to go grab something from my unit. Jackson and Rhonda are the best employees!!! They are always so friendly and willing to help!!! Couldn't ask for a better place to rent space. Plus their box truck has been so handy.

I was over at my unit the other day. The facility in Ogden, well anyway I could not get the door open on my unit. I asked the maintenance man to help me out with this. He was very nice and courteous to me and he got the door open. He said his name was Robert. Thank you very much.

Lock it up storage has been so convenient as we transition from moving to building a new house. The storage units have been a life saver keeping all our stuff safe and secure! Units are always clean and easy to access.

I have been super happy with this place. I think it is well managed and well kept. I’ve always felt safe here. They have the best access hours around. I also loved the free truck use when we moved in. Definitely helped me in a bind. The staff is always super friendly and as never hesitated to help me with anything I need. If you get the chance to deal with Rhonda, you’re lucky.

I just moved to Utah and had some very unexpected issues with my movers. I had one storage unit for some items at another facility, but was not impressed with the staff or the safety of facility. I found Lock- It- Up and they rented to me on a moments notice. Rhonda could tell I was at my ends and she was so nice and talked to me like a friend. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Great customer service and they aren not fake. I moved already stored items to Lock-It-UP and felt things would be safe. The units and grounds are clean, good gates and fencing with plenty of cameras. I rented a temperature controlled unit and in the building itself, they have 4 wheel carts to assist your loading and moving. I can't say enough and would suggest this storage facility to anyone. They also have a on-site moving truck for you to rent, no more trips to U-Haul!! Thank you Lock-It-Up, great job!!

Good place to store it.

We rented two 10 x 20 climate controlled storage units here and had a very good experience. We were in between homes and needed to store quite a bit. The units were clean, lighted, and very secure. We were there for nine months and didn't have any problems. The temperature was always pleasant inside, during the winter the snow was always plowed so we could get to our unit and everyone we dealt with at the front office was very professional. I'd highly recommend this location!

I left an old dresser in my unit that I could not go back and remove myself, so they did it for me free of charge. Excellent staff and very good rates.

I have stored a boat, or some other such thing here for years. I have built a solid relationship with these people, and appreciate there solid attitude towards business. Very secure and great people. They are in my back yard (literally) and I could not imagine going anyplace else.

Thank you Lock it up Storage for taking care of my things! I had my things in a climate controlled unit for just shy of a year while I completed my move to the East coast. I was in and out dozens of times over the first 6 months as I sold off items I didn't want to take across the country. It was always secure and clean with no bugs and the air is well circulated. There was a leak in the roof in the hall area and I let them know. The next week when I came the leak had been repaired. Couldn't be happier! Thanks again!

We have had a storage unit here before, and most recently stored our travel trailer here for a over a year. This place is awesome, the management is very kind, they keep it very clean and we have had zero issues. Highly recommend.

Well managed, clean, friendly, well monitored.

This is a clean, secure storage facility. The staff are excellent. I stored my RV here for 3-4 years. I moved out recently due to increasing monthly costs, last year went up by $7 a month, this year it was raised by $13 a month. Just too much, without any additional services or value added for the paying customer. I found another storage facility nearby that was at a lower cost.

David and team were tremendous through our move. We had our valuables stored in a clean climate controlled unit and outdoor items in a perfect outside storage unit. David made sure we were set up and even helped us get our trailer in the unit.

Clean, well kept place! Had all my stuff in there for a year and a half with no problems! No water damage, or rat faeces.

I needed a storage unit for my entire home for a few months. I called to get a quote then decided to stop by. I was met by two of the nicest people I have ever met. They explained everything to me and showed me a couple different options. I rented for 3 months and could not be happier. When I was ready to move Jerry and Marilyn were again super helpful. They worked with me with the movers picking up my stuff so that I wouldn't have to be there. I highly recommend Lock It Up to anyone looking for storage.

Lock it up was a great option for us. Tammy made some great options for a storage unit. She was easy to work with and provided just what we needed in a timely fashion. As an unknown bonus...there was use of a moving van and all I had to do is top off the gas I used. The unit was spotless, access was very convenient, and the customer service was outstanding. If I ever need another unit, I will definitely return.

I was with lock it up for a little more than a year I first went with them for their great deal they had at the time. They keep the place very clean i wish they would have had a dumpster at the Clearfield location but... still very clean! By the way they continue to have great deals sometimes! They are very nice, understanding and have a great deal of compassion! I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a storage unit! We ended up not being able to work with them anymore and moved out of my storage shed I almost want to just cal them! To say hi I will miss working with such a great team of people! Thanks so much for everything lock it up!

I'm SO glad we chose lock it up. My Mom had to move the entire contents of her house into storage units last minute and Tammy has been truly amazing! Lock it up has been amazing to work with this last year. We finally were able to get everything sorted out and got moved out of the units this month and Lock it up was able to accomidate the POD we had ordered with no fuss at all for both delivery/pickup. I have used this storage for almost 15 years. They keep it clean, and the electronic access is very convenient. I love the climate controlled unit. My stuff is kept at a constant temperature, and free of dust. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A few months ago I needed an extra storage area for my trailer for a short time, and they were able to accommodate my need, making me feel like an important customer. Very highly recommend this place.

Tammy at the Layton location is amazing! I rented my first unit in the middle of February and ended up renting a second one at the end of the month. She was happy to show me around the property when I first arrived and helped me reserve the truck at the end of filling out the rental agreement. My wife and I sold our house and had to store our belongs within 2 weeks. Tammy made our move a lot less stressful with all of her assistance. This is the best storage facility in all of Northern Utah, hands down! Very clean, accommodating, secure, and outstanding customer service!! Even after moving out of the area, I needed a storage shed later on, and it's so very worth it to drive the extra mileage to store here. Tammy is absolutely wonderful!! Tammy and the staff were so helpful when we needed storage for about a month during our move from Texas. We got a discount from some promotion that was going on, and she made sure we didn't pay for any of the days we weren't there. When the relocation company that was reimbursing me for moving expenses made a stink about some sort of documentation issue, Tammy was so helpful in getting everything sorted out to make sure we were reimbursed the full amount.

These guys are great! Tammy especially will take the time to make sure you are taken care of. Getting signed up with quick and easy. With their auto-pay it made life easy too. Access through the pin pad was smooth and I appreciate there's a second pin pad you have to go through to get into the inside units. Their lot is clean and well maintained. I would store with them again!

I highly recommend Lock It Up Storage. Our experience with them has been wonderful. . First, I love the fact that each person has their own code to get into the gate. Not just anyone could walk up to the storage units. Second, the units are very clean and well kept. Third, this really made us love this place. The night before my husband deployed he need to get one more thing out of the storage unit. He left the base at 9:45. The gate closed at 10:00. Needless to say he didn't make it. He had to have that item by 5:00 the next morning. We called a couple of numbers but couldn't get a hold of anyone. Finally I found a number for a manager. He was able to help us get in and didn't even charge us the after hours fee. We are very grateful to them. My husband was about to get his item and have everything he need for his deployment. Thank you so much for helping us.

Clean facility I have stored with them since January. no major problems with them. Just a little unhappy with the heavy set lady who decided to go out and play with her baby and smooch with her husband and left me hanging at counter. The guy and older gal that works there are more pleasant to do business with.

This storage facility seems to be the safest and most secure facility that I've found. It's not the cheapest, but I guess that's the cost of security and convenience, as it's pretty centrally located in the middle of Bountiful. Time will tell how safe and secure it is.

I have been using the Bountiful Cubes Self storage far longer than I would like to admit:) I have had at least one 20x10 storage locker since back when they were called "Lock it Up", which was several years ago. I really like the cleanliness, great service and convenience of this place. I especially like dealing with Dave who has been there since I got my locker. The prices are not inexpensive but the great service, safety and location have kept using this business. greg

Nick is an amazing! The other staff have been great as well. This time around he was the one that helped give my Dad and I the best customer service I could possibly ask for. There were some complications in the past which he was at no fault but was quick to resolve everything. There were just some misunderstandings in the past with management we had. He explained things very well in detail and went above and beyond what I have seen in the past. We will continue to be customers at Cube due to his exceptional service and peace of mind provided! Good Price Storage Convenient

I didn’t use Cube Self Storage myself but I’d like to commend them on their wonderful business practices. My uncle had been renting a unit from this location. Unfortunately he died suddenly leaving my elderly grandparents to deal with the contents of his storage unit. Cube was kind enough to give them courtesy rental days while my grandparents found someone to come help with all the lifting that would be required to empty the unit. When I went in with my grandpa to return the key, the woman in the office immediately recognized him and was very sweet in asking if he got everything taken care of and wishing him well. I greatly appreciate the compassion shown to my grandparents in this difficult time. Not all businesses would have responded the same way so I really can’t thank Cube enough for that.

We got this storage as we were in the process of selling our home and moving in with my in laws where we wouldn't have enough space for all of our things. When we went in the woman helped show us a couple different options and the prices. We set it up that day. Very clean facility and easy access. We just recently emptied our storage after 8 months and they made it very easy to end the account. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to store your stuff.

Lock It Up Self Storage in Bountiful, Utah, has been a 5 star quality place to save these "important things". It seems really safe and the staff rocks!

Great place to store your stuff. Love the climate controlled units. Never have to worry that my long term storage items will end up damaged. Good prices and friendly staff.

I have two 10 x 10 climate controlled units at the Bountiful Facility. I wanted a 10 x 20 unit but there were none available. The staff was very cooperative and arranged the two smaller units for a combined price equal to the larger unit. I found both units and the common spaces to be clean and the climate control is great. I feel very comfortable with security. Access to my units is controlled by an electronically accessed gate and door. I recommend the facility

The online reservation process works great and the people at Lock It Up were very helpful and accommodating when I contacted them to schedule a time to come in and finalize. Thanks for making the process so easy and stress free!

Great facility. Clean and well organized, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. David was especially helpful and easy to work with. I was up and running in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Easily the cleanest storage facility I've ever used.

Cubes self storage in Farmington is the only storage unit I will use. I go out of my way to use them because they are SO helpful. They evenet me use a free moving truck!

The gentleman at the front desk I think Joe was his name was so kind. He was patient with all my questions and so kind. I have never seen a public restroom so clean! I was shocked it even smelled good! Highly recommend great service and so clean

Friendly service, convenient access, secure storage.

Overall my experience has been very positive - very nice storage units. The only issues have been that their exit gates and elevators have been broken a few times I was there to access my storage unit.

Alec is awesome to work with! He is kind, respectful, and professional. More, and maybe most importantly, he is helpful… genuinely helpful. Finding good help seems to be quite difficult in most industries right now, but Alec certainly checks that box for Cubes. I have storage units at the Farmington location and the property is clean, easy to access, spacious and well lit. I am very pleased with the facility and how it is maintained. Both Alec and the facility each get 5 stars!!!

This has been the most pleasant company to work with! Moving from out of state and having to figure out a place to store our stuff it was super easy and convenient booking online. Alec Medina the manager is very professional and nice. I would prefer to work with him.

This Cubes storage really "squares" up! They have intelligent security systems that make sure your valuables and items are safe. They have multiple cameras throughout the facility, and they have both indoor and outdoor storage spaces. Every door has their own unique key lock.

Clean and convenient, competitive prices and actually some of the best prices around. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing to rent a storage unit.

The facility is always clean when I visit. The manager is happy and fun to chat with. Having access to the moving van is handy. I take comfort knowing my items are very secure.

One of the reviews said it was expensive. It is not. Unless you prefer your stuff to cook in a cinder block oven, because that is what cheaper places offer. I personally care about what I am storing. Every time I go, the climate is perfect. Secure elevators. Cameras. Staff available to assist you. If you're stuff is not worth that, why aren't you throwing it away? Or maybe you really like dusty heat warped things that you bought "cheap". Keep it. I take care of my stuff. That's why I LOVE the cube!!

Highly recommend this facility. It's in a secluded area, but still right next to the freeway. It's very secure--you need access codes to get in and out of the gates, as well as to use the elevators, and tons of cameras too. This is by far the most spacious storage facility I've ever seen. No matter where your unit is, it's easy to get your stuff in and out, especially with the huge elevators that you can drive right up to. During business hours, they have someone at the front desk that can help you with any questions, and they're always very accommodating. I've only had one bad experience with a gentleman at the front desk, but I've only seen him that one time. Every other person I've talked to at the front has been awesome.

This is the most accessible location for storage in Farmington. The facility is brand new, well maintained, and the units are great!

Honestly one of the best storage companies that I have personally used! Love the security

We've had a unit for 6+ months now. Every time we've accessed it, the facility has been clean and well maintained. There's not even dust on our stuff! We love having our stuff stored inside, out of the extreme heat and cold. We'd recommend this facility to everyone.

Great facility. The free moving truck was an amazing bonus. Moved in while it was raining, but Cubes has a covered loading area so it was no problem. Thanks Cubes for making our move super easy.

The Clearfield location is right off i-15 and was super easy to access. Tammy the manager was the best to work with. We had a little situation and she was right on top of it. Got it resolved quickly and she was super kind about it. I would definitely use them again!
